Recipe: Egg Kebab



If you think kebabs can be made only with mince meat or mashed veggies and soya, you are in for a surprise. Here's a kebab that can be made with eggs and is healthy and nutritious too!

Ingredients
4 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp Gram flour
1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped Onion
1 tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp red chili powder
¼cup Wholemeal breadcrumbs
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Salt to season

Method
- Grate the boiled eggs.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Shape the mixture into 10 small kebabs.
- Heat the oil in the pan and cook the kebabs till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with a mint coriander chutney.
